My company Moore Than Enough Catering has been running since August 2002. I was match funded by The Princes Trust who helped me to set up my business.
They found my enthusiasm, personality and love of food to be overwhelming. I wanted to provide a catering business where clients did not have restrictions on minimum numbers. Or restrictions where delivery, cutlery collection etc, was not included. I felt all of this so unfair and I was happy and able to offer this service.
Within seven weeks from leaving my job and talking to The Princes Trust my business was up and running.
I take great pride in my cooking. I feel very strongly that all food is as fresh and as organic as it possibly could be. I am a strong believer in supporting local suppliers and farmers. I am also very lucky because my Father provides lots and lots of the fresh vegetables, fruit, salads and eggs which he lovingly grows in his poly tunnel on his small holding in Puncknowle. I cook and prepare on the day of your event so the food is always very, very fresh.
